My Bio
Well just a very average Aussie Bloke born and raised in the Snowy Mountains, it's in the South Eastern corner of New South Wales. I have always enjoyed meeting people and did quite a lot of traveling around as a young bloke with my work as a rigger, putting up radio towers and I still do, but only on a very small scale these days.
From a young age I always found Radio very interesting
and have enjoyed moving through many facets of it,with CB radio, Amateur Radio and now broadcast radio.
I got into Community Radio about 12 years ago and enjoy both the technical and operational side of it. I present a
program on Friday nights called "Friday Night Country" for
Monaro Community Radio.
My wife Judy puts up with my hobbies and I try to help Judy with the ones that need my help as well .
We have been married for 24 yrs very happily, we don't have children our kids are two Shih tzus Toby and CQ . Look in my pics and you will see them there.
We live on the Great Dividing Range, about a hour and a half drive south of Canberra, the Capital.
We often get snow in the winter time. Over the past 10-12 years we have been in drought, we are hoping this year and into 2008 that the drought might ease.
I enjoy broadcasting on internet radio and currently present a country music show Monday, Wednesday and Friday
mornings from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. EST. I like most genres of music, though my favourite is country. I think it is good to be able to enjoy all types of music.
