I started out in Community Radio in Townsville in November 1991, when I attended a CBAA endorsed Radio School run by 4TTT. I went through the school and after doing further trials and I presented an audition tape in early January and was given my first program for the middle of January 1992. I started broadcasting a Religion Program and then advanced on to doing a mid week country show a little later in the year. I spent 7 wonderful years at 4TTT and did many programs and spent some time on the Board and as well was the Program Manager for some time.

In 1999 my wife and I relocated to Bundaberg where I joined Coral Coast Community Radio in their effort to obtain a licence, which was successful and 94.7fm started to broadcast on the 22nd May 2000. I spent 6 years on air there doing mainly country programs and in August 2006 we relocated, due to health problems, to Caboolture where I joined 101.5fm Caboolture. I present the LBS Hour on Monday nights 8 -9 and then Big Gun Country from 9 - 11. Also I do Country Sunrise on a Friday morning 4 - 6.

I left there and went to Townsville QLD 103.9 FM where I now present
1st Monday of the Month 10pm - 11pm LBS Country Hour
1st Monday of the Month 11pm - Midnight Big Gun Country
3rd Monday of the Month 10pm- 12 Midnight Big Gun Country
